mod_ouwiki media/video is not displayed #90

Uploaded video are not displayed.

Environment

Moodle 3.9.3+ (Build: 20201217)
mod_ouwiki 2020050501

Replication

Create a course.
Turn editing on.
Add an OU Wiki activity.
Go to the OU wiki and click "Create page"
In the Content page, type "This is the content"
Then click the "Insert or edit an audio/video file"
Upload a video file (say MP4)
Click Save changes.
Visit the OU Wiki page.
RESULT: You will see it does not display the video. It says:
"The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported".

Thanks for reporting this, we will look into fixing it as we can replicate the issue.
