Warning about unsaved changes

When I use the question, do my recording and try to save the answer or go to the next question, I always get the "Leave site? Changes you made may not be saved" warning popup in Chrome and Safari.

I then have to click on "Leave" in order for the data to be submitted. IMHO this is counter-intuitive and might scare students.

We don't get that. I wonder why it is not working for you.

That's what I thought. I will give it a try on a Windows machine and see whether it is platform dependent.

I have just tried on a current windows machine and have the same problem. The attached screencast shows it happening with Chrome on a Mac. I'd love to know if I am getting it wrong.

EDIT: It's with current master, clean installation.

This shows the same behaviour on our production instance with Moodle 4.1 and Microsoft Edge. So I do actually get it on two different platforms and three different browser families.
