Failed to run ma.get_tss_info

Dear development team,

I have been trying to run CellOracle step by step according to the tutorial.

However, I always obtained the following error: NotImplementedError: "intersectBed" does not appear to be installed or on the path, so this method is disabled. Please install a more recent version of BEDTools and re-import to use this method.

I have tried multiple approaches to tackle this obstacle yet failed, which include: setting the BEDTOOL_PATH and PATH, re-installing BEDTools anf pybedtools. None of these methods above worked. Hence, I have come here for help. Could you please help inspect and resolve this issue?
