Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add the ability to create matches.

Describe the solution you'd like
To have a "Play" button that opens the Match Creator Wizard.

The wizard has the following inputs:

Time Class: "blitz" | "bullet" | etc.
Match Type: "open ended" | "bestOf"
Rounds Number
Bonus: Camera Setup
