Default dashboard setting in W&B

I have to do at least two manual actions for each new project after it was automatically created for a new language pair:

1. Group runs by Group (otherwise it's a flat list)
2. Section settings -> Line plots -> Disable "Use grouping from the runs table in charts" (without this it shows average values per group which don't make any sense)

I have an account to do that, but for example, @ZJaume doesn't and @gregtatum might not know where to find those settings yet.

Can we somehow set defaults for all the new dashboards?

W&B support will create a feature request to have default workspace settings.

Meanwhile, the workaround would be to create a workspace for the moz-translations-wandb-bot account that we use to write metrics using the workspace API.
