No clear way to identify files with participants #2

There are two issues here:

There is no way to enter participant info - at least the ID
Files are named with data and time of launch, that can and was causing issues on devices with broken data/time settings

I believe the best way to solve that is to make the app ask for a participant number at launch and name the file accordingly.
