MyCitadel doesn't see my Ledger Nano S Plus whereas it is recognized by HWI.
The Nano ledger is unlocked.

Thank you for your help

Who are these bots doing nothing to actually help, but just bullshitting around?!

@Nisaba as I wrote in the common chat, I am looking into this. Overall, using HWI is a huge problem for MyCitadel: it is an external python program we have no control of, and all the time they change something - and MyCitadel is kinda get "bugs", but the reality that they come from outside of our code, from HWI changes...

I am planning to replace HWI. The only issue with that that there are no alternative on the market and it means I need to write my own :( But anyway this will happen soon - since we need it anyway for RGB and everything else we do.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
So, there is no way to use MyCitadel with my ledger for now ?

It would be a shame because I would like to use it for training...
