I had try ,I write the right user&password, but still can't work .

Is your airPurifierIndex actually 2? Do you have more than one on your account?

no, just one accound, could you give me a post/get API to test my accound whether can get data from the blueair sever.

@mylesagray, can you please provide the Postman Environment variables? The plug-in is configured using Homebridge UI.
