Add a selection screen on login to select the backend URL to be used for log in and for processing data with.

This selection must be changable in the login page view and in the settings view.

The selection sould contain the main stable backend (myrunes.com) and the beta backend (beta.myrunes.com) and another selection to chose a custom server URL.
