Currently the stack will only function on our platform and it should be possible to set-up a local test environment. In order to do this we'll need:

Dynamic management of the php-fpm user;
An optional database container and automated test data;
Support in the scripts.

It may be better to add the php-fpm user management into an entrypoint script in the upstream apache-php-fpm image rather than here.
