Prepare all Key KPIs for Revenue growth

For us to monitor progress, identify key issues, and make life easier in terms of management, please share key KPIs that we need to track on a weekly basis from the success team. Keep in mind that once we're going to start tracking those, we will be required to find problems and solve them constantly in order to improve.

• User retention rate(%)
• User satisfaction rate(%), based on OKRs. Identify key struggles and push Product/Dev teams to focus on the strategically important aspects.
• Response time(min), based on OKRs
