Extra "Go_" functions exported; maybe don't need to be #56

According to Dependencies, Tor Browser's nssckbi.dll only exports C_GetFunctionList, while we're exporting a bunch of Go_ functions as well. Do we actually need to export those? Can we stop doing so without breaking anything?
