ADA-CP 2.10.1 "Ensure credentials unused for 45 days or greater are disabled"

The App Defense Alliance Cloud Profile requires a check that credentials unused for 45 days or more are disabled. This is closely related to the existing rule "iam-unused-credentials-not-disabled"", except that both ADA-CP 1.0 and CIS 2.0 also apply to credentials that have not been used.
