Conan recipe supports only: ["Linux", "Windows", "Macos"]

How to reproduce
Get zserio for Android from Conan.

Expected behavior
It should be available for Android.

Thanks for reporting the issue!

We were not aware of any need to port Zserio to Android so far. Thus, there is currently no official support for Android in Zserio. Therefore, Conan also does not support Android at this time...

We will discuss this further, but due to our limited capacity, it's unlikely we'll be able to add Android support in the near future.
