I would like to point out a small usability bug that exists for some time now.
A new rule is created with the behavior 'Suspend user' if an attribute no longer applies.
After saving, however, this value is not set to 'Suspend user' but to 'Unenroll user'. You have to set the value once again and save it, then the value is retained correctly.
