It is not consistent with Moodle coding style

Settings storage

Settings are stored in the opencast table, config_plugins is not used.
In the file settings.php, the setting names are pluginname/settingname, instead of the recommendation: plugintype_pluginname/settingname.
get_config() and set_config() are not used.
