synth-bench: automate TPS measurement for wait_until: NONE

With wait_until: NONE, the transaction response is just an ACK that the RPC received the transaction. The response tells nothing about the status of the transaction. Retrieving TPS for successful transactions is currently a manual process that should be automated. I.e. the tooling should log the TPS number.
