Side view tool: zoom to full extent should not take bottom fill into account #988

How to reproduce:

Load the test data
Open de side view tool
Draw a side view
Right-click on the plot > View all
It zooms out to the whole extent, including the bottom fill that goes down to -1000 (or something)
