Browser extension for easily downloading memes for indexing

A way to add images to your local collection more easily from the browser, and have them indexed (ideally with additional metadata (like notes, tags, etc.,).

So - say you see a meme online you like. You can "right click" / click a browser extended button - maybe a pop up near the image lets you enter in extra metadata - and then you can download it to your collection for indexing.
