See options -format and -oridescriptor for the orientations and -statcell for the cell ids. For example:

$ neper -T -n 10 -for tess,ori -oridescriptor euler-bunge -statcell id
$ paste n10-id1.stcell n10-id1.ori > my_file
$ more my_file
