As a debugging aid we put the complete ruleset file in \tmp\rules.groovy. Windows doesn't have a "\tmp" directory, so when you start up One Ring on windows you get a SEVERE listenerstart error.

Work out a better place to put this file and assist with debugging.

the branch /feature/grails-2.2.x-upgrade contains the fix already
