i have two IR devices, Broadlink RM4 mini devices and none works...

i have this information from the log

and the learn button won't work... the 2 devices works perfectly whit Alexa and Google Home

Can you share more details on what device do you have? This is a limitation on the protocols that the current plugin is aware of.
