To make your markup human-understandable, it is a good practice to use explicit tags for opening and closing sections and to match the heading rank to the intended section nesting level. (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Guide/HTML/Using_HTML_sections_and_outlines#Sectioning_root)
