Possible enhancements in the workflow:

make it optional
reduce number of files needed from previous steps (needs issue on the pmultiqc repo)
attach to EMail if possible (how would we ship the DB? how does multiQC for genomics do it?)
check if we need quantified decoys and how to pass down the decoy string
