Do we need to unsubscribe spectator.output(...)?

In the documentation, there is this example:

it('should emit the $event on click', () => {
  let output;
  spectator.output('click').subscribe(result => (output = result));

  spectator.component.onClick({ type: 'click' });
  expect(output).toEqual({ type: 'click' });
});

My question is very simple: do we need to unsubscribe?
Or is it somehow already handled by spectator?

If the unsubscription is needed, the documentation should highlight it (IMHO)
