Connections are lost after reopening IDE, EE

Using WebStorm on Mac. I can create connections with our self-hosted gitlab, review code, comments, everything.

But after I close project and open it, all connections are lost.

While I was writing this issue, I found that it happens on the Enterprise Edition, CE seems OK.

It's not even saving during work in Rider (ce and ee version).
Open settings, enter url and token, click "save", close settings, reopen setting and it's clean like nothing was entered.

Same in Rider: settings are lost in both ce and ee versions. Connection test is successful though.
