Update Error Page UIs Based on Error Codes

Description

We need to update the UI for the various error pages in our application based on the error codes. The new designs for these pages are available in Figma, and the goal is to implement those designs for the following error codes:

  • 401 (Unauthorized)
  • 403 (Forbidden)
  • 404 (Not Found)
  • 501 (Work in Progress)
