[Feature Request] Implement Weighted Voting System Instead of Forum

Instead of a traditional question/answer/forum section (#33,) the platform could function as a voting system where votes are weighted by the global rank of athletes. This approach encourages easier engagement, generates genuinely valuable insights, and simplifies implementation (after the account system is set up).

In the beginning the most relevant questions might not surface due to lack of activity, so we could have an open source AI prompt that does try to ensure relevance realization. Eg: Give me 7 most important areas to improve longevity. Then for each 7 ask for the 7 most popular strategies and the rank weighted votes would go through those.
