auto-include binding function docs from main site #8

The binding functions reference should be pulled from the main project site when new reference docs are available.

The nosqlbench project should publish a zip artifact in the releases which contains all the binding function docs.
When a nosqlbench release is pushed, a small change should be made to the content on the nosqlbench-docs site to trigger a rebuild.
The rebuild actions for the nosqlbench-docs project should automatically fold in the zip content into the right locations before the site build phase is run.
