Description

Governance lock should show the whole lock and its' changes.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. User has governance lock more than 1 KSM
  2. Go to delegation process
  3. Delegate 1 KSM
  4. Open Revoke delegations
  5. Try to create Revoke transaction

Expected Behavior

Confirm page contains info about Governance lock changes

Actual Behavior

Revoke delegation taking into account only delegation amount
