When user send gift of 0.01 MYTH asset he will receive 0.01035.

Example:
Create gift - https://mythos.subscan.io/extrinsic/2312323-2
Claim gift - https://mythos.subscan.io/extrinsic/2312330-2

State of balance on 2312330 block:

Claimed address - 0x14A74714D46E1854Ade1744DA3741ea7d2A03F0E
