9cpu doesn't retain factotum keys

Right now when you want to 9cpu to a plan 9 machine using Inferno you have to 
manually add your 
keys to the inferno factotum every time. This is not the right way to do 
things. 

To solve this Inferno really needs a working factotum and interface with 
secstore.
