Inferno's shell doesn't let you concatenate uninitialized lists. #34

This may be a very bad idea, but when using inferno's sh(1) when you try to
concatenate an undefined list it crashes with a "sh: null list in concatenation
8718 "Sh":fail:bad concatenation" error. 

Would it be better to fix it by treating null lists as the empty string?
