Develop a meshgrid with polar/spherical coordinates (p, \theta)/(p, \theta, \phi), with symmetry reduced angular axes and log densed p axis. The goal is to efficiently tabulate Brillouin zones with complex Fermi surface structure, where p_F(\theta, \phi) is not a constant.
