Scrolling to an item inside ui-view

I have links outside the ui-view (using ui-router here), and the scroll-container is the ui-view itself.

It doesn't work. I'll assume it's probably trying to fetch some info from the elements on initialization, but the elements aren't there yet.
Should this work?
