Gigaset camera 2.0 25Q128JS dump

Hi,
just lost a few hours about my camera 2.0 analysis. MAC address reports as Y-Cam, same as the previous camera.
Brain of system is Grain Media 8136.

USB interface seem disabled or not connected, no response from PC. Looking further.

Hardware is so much similar to certain yoosee ip cams, I've found some firmware but they are not "raw" ready to be uploaded to ROM.
However I've dumped the SPI rom of my camera resetted to default settings. When powered on it opens a WiFi AP "Gigaset-" and stay waiting for daddy base station. No TCP ports open just some UDP. No way to communicate for now.

This is the native dump "Gigaset.bin". With binwalk -Me you can see the squashfs filesystem and many zlib and other stuff.
