Allow index of CIDs with multiple files

Currently only CIDs representing a single file, or a folder with a single file inside are accepted.

It should be possible to allow the certification of CIDs with multiple files. It could be interesting to study a merkle tree to reduce the cost of the space on the chian, while allowing potentially a large amount of files to be certified with one transaction.
