Add "Help" section

Some functionalities are not obvious, having a small Help button might prove useful. At this stage this static page should explain:

• how to use the file manager,
• clarify that contents can be downloaded for users who can also download the Kiwix reader
• Explain how to use / access metrics

I think it will ultimately become tickets for dashboard app of container-images but I am moving it to overview so we can discuss separately the need and the implementation.

For instance, File-manager is just a catalog app ; metrics is optional, download comment is mostly caduc I believe with the new UI

Should be discussed alon should be considered as well

I would love to see way more than a small Help page, I think that finely polished tutorials and demos are mandatory for such an end-product, and they could be shared on our Youtube channel (do we have one?) and even bundled into a ZIM for offline access.

But I agree that a Help is already a good starter!

These points should be straight forward and should not need specific help. If this is still an issue, i would recommend to, first look if we can not do something to improve usability first.

Not against the idea of an help section in the dashboard, but does not seem a priority. I would also like to move this issue to offspot/dasboard.
