Add toggle from card to list view

As mentioned in offspot/imager-service#409

The view page is in card mode, whereas the download page is in list mode. A toggle between these two should be possible, similar to what is available on Google Drive

Supportive of this, but we need to consider that image creator ultimatively want to organize there own way and create groups/categories of tiles.
