I am removing the bug label as this is not a bug. The download page has always been about download ZIM files.

I understand that it would make sense to download those there as well but there's a technical issue: those file packages are arbitrary collection of files. Nothing tells us (the computer) that there is zero, one or multiple files to download.

We can imagine a new property on the JSON catalog to tell if there's a single file to download so it's exposed there. That would be nice for those APKs but wont be used for stuff like africatik. WDYT?
