Simplify and Automate the Use of the StrategusStudyRepoTemplate

The purpose of this issue is to simplify and automate the StrateguRepoTemplate. Doing this will decrease the time it takes for a new user to start using this resource and make training easier. The goal is to get a user to be able to use the template to run the demo study as quickly as possible and to make the process of a user creating their own study from the template as quick as easy as possible.
