Indexed tree example yields weird error message #146

  Leaf : a -> Tree Zero a
  Fork : forall m . (Tree m a) -> (Tree m a) -> Tree (Succ m) a

yields

sixten: FatalError {fatalErrorMessage = "checkAndGeneraliseTopLevelDefs Var 99"}

We should figure out why.
