There are some initial experiments over at https://github.com/ollef/sixten/tree/appveyor, but it doesn't quite work yet.

Travis now has Windows support in case you want to use it over AppVeyor. (Haven't personally tried it, so I don't know about potential bugs/issues vs AppVeyor.)
