Language tags and value annotations #2

I have an item with 6 title values, each with a different language tag, from earlier testing. Exports as:

Olmec Head |French title|Italian title|German title|Spanish title|Turkish title|de-DE title

With no language tag for each value. Maybe it should generate multiple columns - dcterms:title_en, dcterms:title_fr, etc.?

I don't see value annotations either, but I have no idea how to make that work.
