Overview

Adding L2 chains to the dependency set, with the current interop proof, is not possible. This is because the proof relies on having an "agreed upon pre-state" for all L2 chains being executed in sub-problem #1.

This will need to be supported in the future to allow for hardforks to add chains to the dependency set. Research will be done after the first interop-proofs devnet to support this feature.
