区分 Ani 自己平台弹幕和其他平台弹幕.

其他平台弹幕用 CF 存, 做一个缓存系统, 每一段时间有更新才推送上去, 减少写入次数
使用高效二进制序列化以减少流量和空间消耗
在现有弹幕查询接口上增加返回对应的 CF 地址

未来考虑:

更新时, 请求 AI 模型过滤. 十秒超时. 有关超时后的行为待讨论
需要一个单独的库存被举报的弹幕, 在序列化时就剔除
