Support unix sockets for OTLP exporters #6130

Problem Statement

It appears we currently don't support unix sockets as the OTLP exporter endpoint.

See open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector#11941

Upon investigation, it looks like we do support unix sockets. The restriction is on the collector.
