question: has anyone connected a new LLM provider ?

Hi,

I am quite new here and I am trying to figure out how to connect a new LLM provider. It seems that an OpenAI key is required / asked at every turn. Has anyone built their own custom RAG using an LLM provider from their country (and not one of the big ones).
