The package salt-standalone-formulas-configuration places a configuration file in /etc/salt/master.d/standalone-formulas-configuration.conf
/etc/salt/master.d/standalone-formulas-configuration.conf
Could this be renamed to:
/etc/salt/master.d/_standalone-formulas-configuration.conf
So this doesn't conflict with saltstack-formulas/salt-formula defaults. which removes all config files except the ones prefixed with _
