FYI, Sherman isn't working on the ASE any longer, you'll need to see who the current caretaker is and assign, maybe @tesYolan?

This is an issue with having atoms in outgoing connection not being present in the rest of the description as in https://gist.github.com/misgeatgit/33a662fc9654c91b2460201d0f7f2f3b#file-ghostafcontent-json-L22(i.e having a handle). Either we have to pull the atoms not in the attention focus the user of the app, or ignore such errors from the visualizer side. @misgeatgit let us know what you would prefer to do.
